Terms of service
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These limitations may include orders placed by or under the same customer and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed

Prices are listed in Danish kroner incl. VAT.

Payment in the gallery:
Davis Gallery, Contemporary Art accepts bank transfer, credit cards: Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Mobile Pay as forms of payment.
Art purchased at an exhibition or preview is payable at the time of order. The artwork will be delivered from the gallery when the exhibition ends or by appointment. If the artwork cannot be delivered as agreed, the transaction may be canceled.
In special cases, an individual payment arrangement can be made.
Delivery time in Denmark after ordering is 7 business days after the end of the exhibition.
Delivery time abroad after ordering is 7-10 working days after the end of the exhibition.
Freight
All items are shipped with GLS or an international freight forwarder. Our items are insured during shipping. We do not ship items with glass. Shipping prices include packing, insurance and freight. Upon receipt, please check the item immediately. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, please notify info@davisgallery.dk immediately.
Buyers of products living outside of Denmark, please contact the gallery on info@davisgallery.dk to arrange the shipping
Customers can expect to receive their order within 1-2weeks, depending on where the product will be shipped to. Please note that the order will only be sent after the payment has been received.
We operate with three standard rates for shipping costs:

Refund policy
Should you regret your purchase, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods. Please notify us by e-mail before returning the item. If you return the item, you do so at your own expense, risk and in the original packaging.

We make reservations for sold-out items, typing, pricing and image errors!
Warranty and guarantee
There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price depending on the specific situation. The right of complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product. You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time”, which is within 2 months after the defect or fault is discovered after you have discovered the defect/fault.

Cardholders are asked to provide email, address and phone number when placing an order. Davis Gallery, Contemporary Art understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not reveal or disclose customer/user information to third parties unless necessary to fulfill a transaction. We will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
